Lifetime Warranty

1. What's covered
Every dent we repair using Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is covered. If a previously repaired dent reappears, lifts, "pops back," or develops a visible distortion that wasn't there at delivery, we'll re-repair it at no charge.
Coverage applies to the specific dents listed on your written work order. We document every repaired panel with photos at intake and delivery — that record is your warranty file.
2. How long it lasts
For as long as you own the vehicle. There is no calendar limit and no mileage cap. As long as the vehicle is still in your name, the dents we touched are our responsibility.
This is a non-prorated warranty: coverage is the same whether you bring the vehicle back in three months or thirteen years.
3. How to make a claim
Three steps:
- Call or text us at (720) 310-6313 with your name and the approximate date of your original repair. We'll pull your file.
- Send a photo of the area in question (or bring the vehicle by — your choice).
- Schedule a re-repair. Most warranty work is completed same-day. If the vehicle needs to stay overnight, we'll arrange a courtesy loaner subject to availability.
There is no claim form, no fee, and no deductible. Just bring it in.
4. What's not covered
To keep this warranty simple and honest, here's what it does not cover:
- New damage caused by a new event (another hail storm, a new dent, a collision)
- Dents on the vehicle that we were not asked to repair and are not listed on the original work order
- Rust, oxidation, paint chips, clear-coat damage, or other paint defects unless directly caused by our work
- Damage from accidents, vandalism, road debris, or weather events occurring after delivery
- Aftermarket modifications, wraps, or coatings installed after our repair
- Areas where another shop has worked on a panel after we delivered it
- Normal wear-and-tear or cosmetic aging of trim, badges, or moldings unrelated to PDR work
5. What voids the warranty
The warranty may be voided for a specific repair if:
- Someone other than Dentic Denver Auto Hail Repair has reworked the panel
- The panel has been repainted, sanded, body-filled, or replaced after our repair
- The vehicle has been in a collision affecting the repaired panel
- The vehicle is no longer owned by the original customer (see transferability)
Voiding affects only the panel in question. Other repairs we performed on the vehicle remain under warranty.
6. Transferability
This warranty is offered to you, the original paying customer. It does not automatically transfer when the vehicle is sold or traded. However, if you sell to a private party, we'll honor one re-repair as a courtesy on a case-by-case basis — give us a call before the sale closes and we'll let the new owner know what's available.
7. Legal limits
This warranty is the exclusive remedy for any defect in our PDR workmanship. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our maximum responsibility under this warranty is the cost of re-performing the repair. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages such as rental costs, lost income, or diminished value, except where required by law.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
This warranty applies in addition to — and does not replace — any rights or remedies you have under our Terms of Service.
